GCL Technology Wins First “Red Key Cup” National Award for Party-Building Case Study
On April 16, the first “Red Key Cup” Enterprise Party-Building Empowerment Case Competition, organized by the Corporate Party-Building and Corporate Culture Committee of the China Cultural Management Association, concluded successfully in Guizhou. GCL Technology’s “Three Highlights Illuminate GCL Technology” case won first prize, standing out from over 120 entries nationwide.
For years, the GCL Technology Party Committee has leveraged its red heritage to guide green development, innovating in Party-building concepts and strengthening leadership. Since March 2023, it has implemented the “Party Members Highlight Identity, Projects Highlight Performance, Production Highlights Quality” practice, aligning Party work closely with company strategy and key business priorities. By focusing on data-driven results and tangible outcomes, the initiative integrates Party-building and business development effectively.
After actively participating in the competition, conducting thorough research, and summarizing the success of the “Three Highlights” initiative, GCL Technology’s case progressed through rigorous preliminary and secondary reviews. It competed against 8 other central and state-owned enterprises including China State Construction Iron & Steel Investment and China Railway No.4 Bureau, and one private enterprise. Ultimately, the case was awarded first prize, with a certificate presented by Xie Yuntian, Vice Chairman of the China Cultural Management Association.
Zhang Aifeng, Director of the Party-Building Research Office of the Organization Department, highly praised GCL Technology’s innovation, noting that the initiative transforms Party-building “soft power” into tangible business “hard support”, providing a successful reference model for private enterprise Party-building innovation nationwide.
