FBR granular silicon’s naturally low energy consumption and minimal carbon footprint addresses one of the PV industry’s most pressing challenges—high-energy and high-emission raw materials—offering the only viable path to significant decarbonization across the solar supply chain. Previously, GCL’s granular silicon has received multiple carbon footprint certifications from both the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) and Chinese authorities, repeatedly setting new global records for lowest carbon footprint in silicon production, demonstrating its technological edge and core competitiveness in low-carbon PV materials.
