Middle East Sales Director

1Sales strategy and business management

①Identify key customers within the Middle East regional market and develop personalised strategies for customer development.

② Lead the sales team to complete the regional marketing and accounts receivable targets, and to achieve the individual sales targets.

③Actively collect and collate market information, product information and customer feedback, report and formulate countermeasures in a timely manner.

④Develop sales work plan, regularly visit and communicate with customers, explore, evaluate and select customers.

⑤ For key market areas of major customers to establish long-term strategic partnership, the formation of stable sales channels.

⑥ Do a good job in pre-sales, sales and after-sales service, and fully co-ordinate with relevant departments within the company.

⑦ actively promote the company's new products and technology development route in the client, practice technology marketing model.

⑧ deal with major customer complaints, tracking and dealing with the results of the casting and dismantling.

⑨ assist in market activities, exhibitions, customer appreciation, technical seminars and other related matters.

2Supervise and evaluate the sales team

①Responsible for the construction of the regional marketing team and human resources needs.

② Regular evaluation of the performance status of team members, pointing out the problems and progress of improvement measures to help growth.

Qualification

1、Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited.

2、familiar with the Middle East market and Europe and the United States market, more than 10 years of sales or sales management experience, with strong business development ability and team management ability, good at coordinating the work of the marketing team;

3、Have keen market awareness, adaptability, leadership and the ability to independently develop the market, strong learning ability; logical and good language skills;

2.Over 10 years of strategic investment experience in industries such as chemical, new energy, and photovoltaic manufacturing, including more than 5 years of experience working in the Middle East.

3.Familiar with investment and financing resources and operations in the Middle East, with preference given to candidates with experience working with the Mubadala sovereign fund in the UAE.

4.Strong interpersonal, communication, investment analysis, and business negotiation skills.

Middle East Director of Supply Chain
