Middle East Director of Human Resources
1.Develop and implement the company's human resources planning, annual work plans, and development strategies based on the company's development strategy and goals, as well as the promotion strategies for key HR projects.
2.Organize and improve the company's systems, policies, and key processes for selecting, employing, training, and retaining employees; build career development channels and job rotation mechanisms to promote the development of composite teams and a learning organization.
3.Organize and promote the optimization of the company’s organizational structure and establish a high-performance organizational system according to the company's strategic needs and business characteristics.
4.Conduct responsibility sorting, job assignment, job analysis, and job evaluation based on the company's strategy and organizational structure, and regularly optimize the job system.
5.Carry out short-term and long-term organizational performance evaluations, and establish and improve employee performance management and incentive mechanisms.
6.Optimize the company's compensation and benefits system, coordinate labor cost estimation and management, determine labor costs for various projects, and supervise their implementation.
7.Assist in researching, collecting, organizing, and analyzing industry human resources data to provide data support for management effectiveness and strategic investment decisions.
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Familiar with local labor policies, union systems, and labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
2.Over 10 years of human resources management experience in industries such as chemical, new energy, and photovoltaic manufacturing, including more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the Middle East.
3.Proficient in using office software and other necessary software for daily work, capable of producing high-quality human resources reports.
4.Strong interpersonal, communication, labor negotiation, and HR risk management skills.
5.Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
