We have revised and implemented a series of management systems, including the Supply Chain Management Policy,Procurement Management Policy, Supplier Management Policy, Sustainable Procurement Guidelines,GCL Technology Supply Chain Partner Social Responsibility Code of Conduct, and the Anti-Fraud (including Anti-Corruption) and Whistleblowing Management Standards & Shareholder Communication Policy. These measures aim to drive suppliers to conduct business responsibly in alignment with ethical standards, ensuring that their adherence to ethical, safety, health, human rights principles, as well as social and environmental performance, is consistent with GCL Technology’s values and requirements.

GCL Technology focuses on collaborative supply chain management with a customer-oriented approach. At key processes spanning fromsupplier access, cooperation to review, we factor in ESG issues including environmental protection, labor protection, and compliance integrity. Additionall, the Group has established the Supply Chain Management Committee and the Supply Chain Administrative Management Center. Each base has its supply chain management department which, following the authorization principle, handles specific tasks under the guidance of the management system and the leadership of the Group. This tiered approach ensures that policies and actions are cascaded throughout the organization, moving our supply chain progressively toward a more transparent, responsible, and sustainable system.

GCL Technology is committed to conducting business in a fair and ethical manner, abiding by laws and regulations as the foundation for all its operations, and pledges to act with professionalism, honesty and integrity in all commercial transactions and relationships. Any activities that may adversely affect the company’s integrity and reputation are strictly prohibited. Based on relevant national laws and regulations and the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), GCL Technology has formulated the Code of Conduct for Social Responsibility of Supply Chain Partners with reference to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, international standards including SA8000, ISO14001, ISO45001, the EU Battery Regulation and SSI, as well as the company’s corporate social responsibility requirements for partners. This Code sets out expectations and requirements in respect of labor protection, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, ethical standards and social responsibility management, with the aim of aligning the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of supply chain partners with that of the company. We advocate for and drive our partners to comply with this Code. Any violation of the Code may jeopardize the business relationship between the partner and GCL Technology, with consequences including but not limited to termination of cooperation and compensation for losses.
