Positions are categorized into various job families. Employees can move laterally across these job families, for example, from an independent contributor (IC) to a managerial role.
Competency
Employees are evaluated based on their values, knowledge and skills, key qualities, and contribution, the result of which affects results of their compensation adjustment and performance review.
Transparency
Establishing clear evaluation criteria and promotion procedures to ensure that promotion evaluation standards are scientific and reasonable and that the promotion process is fair and just.
Resource
Encouraging all employees, including part-time employees and contracted employees, to obtain professional qualifications and providing financial support and working hours support to undergraduate and postgraduate on-the-job degrees.
Employee training
GCL technology has developed the "GCL 5 Journey Program" training system to share our strategies,culture, knowledge, and skills. This standardized, multi-level system provides targeteddevelopment plans for employees at various career stages.
