Personal Development Plan

GCL TECH, based on leadership expert Ram Charan's "Leadership Pipeline" six-stage leadership development model and GCL's "Four-Force Eight-Element" leadership model, has jointly created the "Five-Element Leadership" echelon leadership training project, constructing a complete training path from business manager to subsidiary company general manager.
